Before you come — our own guide to the island: the tavernas, beaches, wineries and walks we keep going back to, and the village feasts falling during your stay.

When you arrive — fruit, pistachios from the farm down the road, coffee and water waiting for you.

While you are here — a message away when you want us, out of the way when you don’t. A wine tasting, a cooking class or a catamaran day around the caldera, arranged when you ask.

When you leave — you keep the number.

What our guests say

Quiet, with the island close by.

On the hill — four villas among the vines of Mesa Gonia, 2 km from Kamari beach village. Around them: the church behind, where the village still eats together on 15 August; the shepherds’ caves; the trail to the hilltop village of Pyrgos. Only the villas are new.

By the sea — two houses in the Kamari garden our grandparents first planted with tomatoes, a few minutes’ walk from a beachfront where the only traffic is on foot. On the mountain above, Ancient Thera; in a cave on its slope, the chapel of Zoodochos Pigi and its spring, where Georgios was baptised. Anafi island on the horizon.

At night — the moon on the Aegean Sea, the village lights on the hilltops, and the quiet.

The terrace of a Felicity Cave Villa at dusk — loungers and lanterns, and the lights of the villages across the plain

The Santorini we live in.

Our family's story began in Pyrgos, high on the hill, where our ancestors learned to grow vines in volcanic rock. Looking for better land, our grandparents came down to Episkopi Gonias — the tiny village at the foot of Mesa Vouno, right beside where our cave villas stand today.

Their search for fertile ground finally led them to Kamari, where they turned bare fields into gardens of Santorini's famous sweet tomatoes. They settled a little back from the sea on purpose — the beachfront soil was no good for growing. That's why our Kamari villas sit a five-minute walk from the beach, in the middle of a garden, rather than on the sand.

Today we welcome you into the same places — six villas, four on the hillside and two in Kamari village, a few families at a time.
