## Which villa is right for you
- **Felicity Cave Villas (hillside, Mesa Gonia)** — best for couples and travellers who want quiet, privacy, open views and wine country, away from the crowds. A car is useful here.
- **Felicity Kamari Villas (Kamari village)** — best for guests who want to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops with no car needed: a great fit for families, and equally suited to couples and groups of friends who want to be close to village life.

Both properties sit on Santorini's calmer south-east side (Mesa Gonia and Kamari), not on the busy caldera cliffs — chosen for space, quiet and a more authentic stay rather than caldera crowds.

- Four cave villas built from natural stone quarried from the very hillside they are set into, on the vineyard slopes of Mesa Gonia (Episkopi Gonias), Santorini.

- Each villa has a private pool with a rare underwater "submarine" window, and a large private terrace (around 100 m²) with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the mountains, neighbouring islands and hilltop villages.

- A walking trail begins right at the property and climbs the mountainside to the traditional village of Pyrgos and the Monastery of Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elias), the island's highest point — passing, on the way up, the little family-built chapel of Agios Georgios perched on the mountain slope (see "Our family", below).

## Our family & a more local Santorini
The Fytros family have lived on Santorini for generations and welcome guests personally, with simple, sincere touches and a genuinely local point of view. A small example of that local connection: the little mountainside chapel of Agios Georgios (Saint George), a short walk from the Cave Villas, was built by a Fytros forefather in 1754 and dedicated to Saint George — and the name Georgios has been handed down the family ever since, carried by the owner who welcomes you today.

During your stay the family can also point you toward things most visitors never see, such as village religious feasts where neighbours gather around blessed bread, grapes and island wine, with the history and customs explained — a rare window into everyday island life.

- Getting there: roughly 15 minutes by car from the airport to the Cave Villas, about 10 minutes to the Kamari Villas.
- Car: recommended for the hillside Cave Villas and for touring the island; not needed for a stay at the Kamari Villas, where the beach, restaurants and shops are a short walk away.
- When to visit: the villas are open April–October, with quieter shoulder months in spring and autumn.
